Responsible for daily operations and assists the Manager/Directors department initiatives. These include but are not limited to personnel management, innovation, financial stability, sound unprejudiced judgment, corporate compliance with safety practices, and accreditation/licensure requirements. Is responsible for the organization, implementation, and supervision of the department's technical aspects through implementation and monitoring of policies/procedures and program development and growth, as needed. Has a strong understanding of the overall therapy workflow within the department. onSpeech-Language Pathologist: Must hold at a minimum a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a school accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA
