Overview:

- This position is based on-site in Ripon, WI.
- Shift: Weekend Nights – Friday, Saturday, Sunday (4:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 12-hour shifts)
- Shift Differential: $3.25/hour

Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments based on diagrams, manuals, and specifications
- Troubleshoot and service motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production equipment
- Perform welding to support maintenance and repair activities
- Prepare and set up new machines for operation following established procedures
- Conduct routine testing to ensure equipment safety and efficiency
- Analyze machine performance data to identify trends and reduce downtime
- Create and manage work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Maintain strong knowledge of production equipment and systems
Qualifications:
- Preferred Associate degree (2-year) with 2–4 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to use computer systems for parts lookup and CMMS entries
Work Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods, sit, and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and manual work
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check
