What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Benefits position at Morph Enterprise?
- Responsible for the planning, implementation, communication, operations, monitoring, auditing, and ongoing management of all benefits and retirement programs.
- Ensures effective and efficient daily operations, excellent service delivery to employee customers, and that all operations are compliant with applicable federal/state laws and regulations.
- Plays a key role in positioning Bryan Health as an employer of choice in our region.
- Experience with pension benefits, ACA compliance, 401K process, flexible spending, COBRA, and benefit enrollment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field? (required)
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in benefits management and day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs? (required)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising others? (required)
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
