Position Overview
The Busser plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience at Moroso Italian Ristorante. This position supports servers and bartenders by maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining room. A Busser helps keep service flowing efficiently while upholding the high standards of hospitality and presentation that Moroso is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Table Maintenance: Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure smooth guest turnover.
- Guest Service Support: Refill water, replenish bread/oil, and assist servers in delivering food or extra items as needed.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless dining room, including chairs, floors, windows, and service stations.
- Service Efficiency: Work closely with servers and bartenders to ensure guests receive timely, attentive service.
- Team Support: Help carry plates, run food, and reset sections during busy shifts.
- End-of-Shift Duties: Assist in side work, restocking, and ensuring the restaurant is guest-ready for the next shift.
Qualifications & Skills
