What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Morongo Basin Healthcare District?

- Perform plumbing, electrical, building repair, and general maintenance
- Make minor repairs on toilets, water fixtures, plumbing, and clogged drains
- Perform building maintenance requiring basic carpentry, painting, plastering and other related duties
- Works with outside contractors for repairs and maintenance that do not fall under "routine"
- Perform safety rounds monthly, maintain fire extinguishers, change filters, and assist with fire evacuation drills
- Perform product assembly, office moves
- Document all repairs, maintenance, safety/security rounds, incidents, or other items of note
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
