What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist - TANF position at MORONGO BAND OF MISSION INDIANS?
Under the direction of the Administrative Coordinator, perform a variety of administrative duties to relieve the site of clerical detail; coordinate front office activities and flow of communications for the Morongo Tribal TANF Program (MTTP), including receiving visitors, maintaining the lobby and intake areas, and managing the telephone system.
- Record management techniques
- Professional ethical standards working in a social service setting
- Ability to perform multiple and a variety of clerical tasks
- Skills to work independently with constant interruptions and deadlines
- General knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- One (1) year administration experience
- Experience working in a Tribal or public social services agency preferred
