What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pro Shop Attendant position at MORONGO BAND OF MISSION INDIANS?
Under the direction of the Head Golf Professional, receives cash from customers or employees in payment for goods or services; merchandise all items within the Pro Shop; check-in players for tee-times; set tee times; assist with tournaments; provide five –star customer service; and other duties as needed.
- Available and flexible to work a varied schedule of morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Communication skills to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and staff.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One to two years of customer service experience.
- Golf course experience, knowledge of golf rules, and/or golfer preferred.
- Experience with Point of Sale systems and customer service skills preferred.
