Summary
This role is part of the Learning & Development (L&D) team and plays an important part in creating a smooth, welcoming onboarding and training experience for all employees, especially Spanish-speaking team members. As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will help ensure training activities are well-organized, records are accurate, and communication is clear and inclusive.
You’ll contribute to a positive employee experience by helping people feel supported as they learn company processes and grow in their roles. Key Responsibilities
- Keep training records accurate and up to date, including tracking completion status and expiration dates
- Manage large Excel files and trackers, ensuring data is organized, clean, and easy to access
- Handle high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Use Excel (sorting, filtering, and basic formulas) to support tracking and reporting needs
- Help ensure all training and compliance data is well maintained and audit-ready
- Translate training materials, policies, and communications between Spanish and English
- Support the scheduling and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and meetings
- Assist with onboarding and orientation to help new hires get set up for success
- Work closely with the L&D team to make training materials accessible for Spanish-speaking employees
- Serve as a resource for Spanish-speaking employees as they learn company processes and systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and effective communication
- Support special projects and provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong Excel skills (large datasets, sorting/filtering, basic formulas)
- Experience with high-volume data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, trackers, and priorities at once
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Adaptable, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn
- Previous experience in administrative support, training coordination, or data management is a plus
Salary : $55,000 - $60,100
