Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across all areas of residential properties.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet health and safety standards, using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and applying floor polish or sealants as needed.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities including outdoor surface cleaning and debris removal to ensure curb appeal.
• Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and janitorial equipment operation.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper handling of cleaning supplies.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments comfortably.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
• Previous experience with outdoor work or outdoor surface maintenance is a plus.
