Earn Paid Leave (EPL) / Earn Time Off (ETO):

- 40 Hours of MEPL available at 120 days of employment.

- 1 – 5 Years – 10 Days (80 Hours) accrued at 1.54 hours per week of ETO.

- After 1 Year of Employment, 40 Hours of MEPL Time will be granted on January 1st of that next calendar year.

- 5 - 10 Years – 15 Days (120 Hours) accrued at 2.31 hours per week of ETO.

- 10 Years - 20 Days (160 Hours) accrued at 3.08 hours per week of ETO

- ETO is carried over each year up to 10 days (80 Hours) anything above that on January 1st will be .

STD / LTD / Life/AD&D: Effective the first day of the following Month after 30 days of employment

- All employees are covered by:

o Short Term Disability

o Long Term Disability

o Group Life Insurance/AD&D - Benefit of $20,000 for Employee

o PFLMA Contribution Paid 100% by Company

Health/Dental/Vision:

- Premium rates on Heath, Dental, & Vision are covered by the company for all employees.

o Spouse & Dependent Coverage is available & is deducted through the weekly payroll.

- $40.00 a week in to an HSA Tax Free Checking Account.

- Effective the first day of the following Month after 30 days of employment.

Retirement:

- 401k – Company matches $1.00 for $1.00 up to 5% at 6 months of employment. Fully vested when enrolled.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The installer works with Project Manager to install fabricated stone pieces in homes according to Company policy and standards of quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Installs and finishes materials on the job site, including cutting materials and finishing seams.
2. Works assigned installs efficiently and effectively and keeps the Outside Operations Manager informed of activities in the installation team.
3. Keep trucks and jobsites clean and free of debris, and to sufficiently protect to avoid damage to customer’s property.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear, including prolonged kneeling, sitting and standing. He/she will be required to use hands and

fingers to measure and use equipment. This position requires physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis and up to 100 lbs. occasionally. Work involves climbing, crouching, crawling, bending, stooping, as well as pushing, pulling or dragging objects. It requires command of all five senses - sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position will be working primarily indoors in a construction environment, but also requires the employee to be in the outdoors on a regular basis, including varying weather conditions and temperatures. The normal auto and air travel hazards will apply. Travel will be in all types of weather including heavy rain and below freezing temperatures with snow conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually high due to the proximity of saws, grinders, etc., but can be lower in the other areas of the building. There will be exposure to different types of adhesives, including but not limited to epoxy, silicone, and thin-set mortar. Exposure to injury due to operation of heavy manufacturing equipment and moving large pieces of stone and tile. Exposure to dust particles, fumes, and other manufacturing hazards. Work schedule can vary day to day.
