Full-Time Day Shift Monday–Friday Topsham, Maine No Weekends
Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00

THE ROLE
Use CAD/CAM software, digital layout software and saw equipment to precisely cut stone and tile pieces from drawings or templates while maintaining Morningstar’s quality and safety standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create CAD/CAM programs and create, edit and verify CAD drawings before sawing.
- Operate and maintain saw and related equipment; verify dimensions and angles before and after cutting.
- Learn and maintain the inventory system; keep the workspace clean and efficient.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures; assist other fabrication areas as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of fabrication experience and prior CAD/CAM experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with hand tools and/or basic machinery; basic math and measuring skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized and reliable, with effective communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

PHYSICAL / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily indoors in a wet manufacturing environment with loud saws/grinders, dust, fumes and moving stone/tile.
Prolonged standing is required; frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. Some jobsite travel may be needed.
