Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Morningstar Residential Care Center – Oswego, New York
Pay: Up to $46/hour $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled OT services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence and daily living skills
- Perform evaluations, annual screens, and nursing-requested assessments
- Document treatments, progress, and billing in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in care meetings, in-services, and ongoing education
- Maintain patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance
You’ll serve as a key partner in helping residents regain confidence, independence, and dignity.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred, if applicable)
Certified and holds a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice
Geriatric experience preferred
