What You'll Do:
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care throughout the night.
- Assist with activities of daily living while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
- For CMAs: Safely administer medications as directed.
- Monitor residents, respond to needs, and help ensure a peaceful, safe environment.
- Be a reassuring presence for residents and an essential part of our care team.
