Location: Morningside Ministries at Menger Springs – Boerne, Texas

Morningside Ministries at Menger Springs is seeking a Wellness Director to lead our Wellness Center and promote a holistic approach to healthy living for residents, staff, and guests.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead engaging wellness programs that enhance physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
- Inspire residents through fun fitness classes, wellness challenges, and community events.
- Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Center — staffing, safety, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of wellness throughout the community.
- Bring fresh ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to make wellness meaningful and fun!
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; PT, OT, COTA, or PTA licensure preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience designing or leading wellness or fitness programs (senior living experience a plus).
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety certifications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
