- Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general community information
- Assist residents with questions, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Complete administrative tasks including sign-ins, reservations, announcements, and light clerical duties
- Coordinate with front desk volunteers, including scheduling and ongoing communication to ensure consistent coverage
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and facilitating resident activities and programs
- Encourage resident participation and promote social connection and engagement
- Support and execute special events, outings, and community celebrations
- Set up, break down, and organize activity spaces, supplies, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure programming reflects resident interests, abilities, and needs
- Serve as a liaison between residents and internal departments
- Communicate daily updates, event reminders, and important community information to residents
- Maintain accurate calendars, sign-up sheets, and attendance records
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members
