Sign-On Bonus: $2000
Mileage Stipend: Up to $100 per paycheck for eligible employees

What You’ll Do
As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents by:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Take and record vital signs
- Help residents to meals, activities, and common areas
- Support resident care plans
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Document care using Point of Care (POC)
- Assist nursing staff with additional care needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA certification through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission
- Previous CNA experience preferred
