As a Staffing Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by scheduling staff, managing labor costs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will assist with the coordination of care to residents from caregivers. Responsibilities:
- Schedule staff to meet the needs of our residents, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime
- Manage labor costs and optimize staffing levels to maximize efficiency and productiveness
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure staffing needs are met, and resident care is not compromised
- Analyze scheduling data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, residents, and families to ensure a positive and supportive environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Nursing Duties assigned by Director of Health and Wellness such as, managing residents' showers and laundry days, greeting families and new admissions ensuring a smooth welcome to the facility, and assist with managing staff duties are being completed
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Medication Technician certification required.
- 2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong Computer skills and managing spreadsheets (A Must)
Salary : $750
