What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and other daily activities
- Encouraging independence while preserving each resident's dignity
- Building meaningful relationships and providing emotional support
- Following individualized resident care plans and schedules
- Communicating changes or concerns to the Health & Wellness team
- Documenting care and assistance provided
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and positive environment
- Working alongside coworkers who believe in teamwork, compassion, and exceptional resident care
- Participating in training, staff meetings, and professional development
We're looking for individuals who bring heart, patience, reliability, and a positive attitude to work every day.
- High school diploma or GED, relevant experience/training, or an equivalent combination
- CNA or CHHA certification may be required depending on the position
- A genuine passion for helping seniors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to treating residents, families, and coworkers with kindness and respect
