Employer Paid Hospital Insurance.Optional Supplemental Insurance Coverage.Tuition Reimbursement.Holiday Pay.Paid Time Off.DailyPay™.Referral Bonus – Earn $375 per referral.401K Match - company will match 50% of the first 4%. 100% vested after 6 years.Employee Exclusive Discount program by LifeMart™.Professional growth and development opportunities.Employee Appreciation Events.Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Responsibilities:Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations.May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation.Responsible for completing service plans.May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the Director.Provide general consultation regarding health‐related concerns within the community.Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently when listening, speaking, reading and writing.Notify physicians and/or family of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation.Respond quickly to all emergencies.Work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively while maintaining close communication with all departments and staff members.Provide educational meetings for residents and staff and attend all required training, in‐services, and staff meetings.May provide oversight and direction for care staff.Understand role in the Safety & Disaster Plan.Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and coworkers.Adhere to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.Perform other duties as assigned.Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Requirements:Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN of the state.
