What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Nursing position at Morningside Center?

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to residents. The ADON is responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and resident care, as well as ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and facility standards.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
