Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintain room readiness
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and encourage repeat visits
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations, or guest services is highly preferred but not required.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse guests but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Computer and typing experience is essential
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience in resort or hotel environments will help you excel in this energetic role
