Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. The RN will provide direct patient care, oversee nursing staff, and ensure high-quality care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care team
- Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain compliance with Title 22 and facility policies
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Schedule Options
- Full-Time PM, Part-Time NOC, and On-Call shifts available
- Shift Differential for NOC shifts
- Pay rate based on years of RN experience
