Embroidery Machine & Heat Press Operator
Our Embroidery and Heat Press Department are one of the primary cores of our decoration company. In this position, you will be performing all embroidery, including checking-in Embroidery jobs, sending files out to be digitized, embroidering garments, managing production files, and machine maintenance/daily up keep. It's fast-paced, hard work, and a lot of fun; but it isn’t for everyone. If you have experience in a fast-paced environment, a strong work ethic and a passion for quality, then this just might be the job for you!

Your Responsibilities as Embroiderer & Receiving:
- Manage workflow using the online daily production schedule (training provided)
- Operate a Barudan machine embroidery machine (training provided)
- Set up jobs and ensure QC checks registration, proper hooping, and needle speed
- Embroidering with a variety of thread types and heat press substrates (training provided)
- Use proper methods/techniques to operate and maintain machine embroidery equipment
- Verify size, color type of product, and thread color(s) from order
- Follow up regularly to confirm the quality of the product being embroidered
- Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and quality throughout the production run
- Ensure proper cleanliness and safety of equipment

- You understand the printing and operation of Barudan style machines, if not and you just have a love for learning we provide training
