Morning Star Lawn Care is hiring Lawn Care Technicians for steady seasonal, full-time work serving residential and commercial properties in Godfrey and the Riverbend area.

Pay & Schedule
- $25/hour
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Approximately 40–45 hours per week
- Weekly earnings of approximately $1,000–$1,125
- Seasonal position running from late August through mid-December
- Work based in Godfrey, IL and the surrounding Riverbend area
- Weekly pay
What You’ll Do
As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll help maintain residential and commercial properties and keep lawns looking clean, healthy, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities include:
- Mowing residential and commercial lawns
- String trimming and weed eating
- Edging sidewalks, beds, and other lawn areas
- Leaf removal and fall clean-ups
- Blowing and collecting leaves and debris
- Hauling and disposing of yard waste
- Operating lawn care equipment safely and properly
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance on job sites
- Working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
The right candidate is:
- 18 years or older
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable performing physical, outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Able to work Monday–Friday on a full-time schedule
- In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
