Morning Moose Coffee is a growing Maine-based startup dedicated to crafting exceptional beverages and creating meaningful moments. We operate a private café inside a corporate office building and are looking for a hands-on, reliable Café Manager to lead daily operations and support our team.
What We’re Looking For
We need a manager who is:
- Responsible, organized, and calm under pressure

- Experienced in food/beverage service or hospitality leadership
- Clear in communication and confident in decision-making
- Committed to a consistent weekday schedule (no weekends!)
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and lead by example

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the café and lead team shifts
- Train, support, and supervise café staff
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain product quality
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all health codes
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and hospitality
- Communicate with leadership on goals, challenges, and improvements
- Assist with scheduling and basic administrative duties
- Occasionally assist with off-site events or seasonal operations
