Morning Glory Christian Counseling is seeking a licensed therapist to provide outpatient therapy for adults and—ideally—couples, in a supportive, faith-based group practice. Morning Glory is also seeking to hire a Play Therapist or Child Therapist to join our Morning Glory Kids Care team. Flexible scheduling, hybrid options, full admin support, and steady referrals provided. Part-time (15 sessions/week) or full-time (25–35 sessions/week) available.
About the Role
- Provide individual therapy for adults (primary focus)
- Optional: Work with couples, children, or teens depending on interest
- Maintain timely documentation
- Attend staff meetings, peer consultation
- Flexible scheduling with hybrid option

Qualifications
- Active Missouri license: PLPC, LPC, PMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
- Master’s or Doctorate in counseling, MFT, psychology, social work, or related field
- Ability to maintain a consistent caseload
- Comfortable practicing within a Christian counseling environment
