We are looking for a proactive and reliable Truck Loader / Warehouse Labor to join our team in a full-time capacity. This unique position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in various aspects of Morning Fresh Dairy's warehouse distribution, materials handling, and order filling. As a key player in our logistics process, you will help ensure the efficient loading, unloading, and organization of goods while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Accurately fulfill customer orders by mathematical calculations and tablets.
• Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments, inspecting goods, and documenting inventory movements.
• Maintain warehouse organization by stacking pallets, managing materials handling tasks, and ensuring a clean workspace.
• Collaborate and communicate with supervisors, office, and drivers.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly; stand and walk duration of the shift; work in cooler conditions (mid 30 degrees).
• Shuttle Refrigerated Box Trucks to/from docks and charging stations in low light/dark outdoor conditions.
• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from the Dairy.

Experience

• Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling techniques.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (Tablet / I-Pad)
