Property Administrator
We are currently seeking a Property Administrator to join our rapidly growing real estate investment and management team. The Property Administrator is mainly responsible for assisting the property management teams in Northern Virginia and Maryland with processing invoices, maintaining Certificates of Insurance, and handling work orders. The Property Administrator is accountable for providing the highest standard in property operations by ensuring superior customer service to tenants and vendors while supporting accurate and timely financial reporting through diligent administration of invoices. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented and able to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. A successful candidate will be able to work well in a team setting as well as independently and take initiative.
Position Responsibilities:
In addition to processing invoices, maintaining Certificates of Insurance, and handling work orders from tenants as stated above, the Property Administrator is responsible for all activities required to successfully support the team and its goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide administrative support to the property management teams.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing of documents.
- Filing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, emails and memorandums to the paper and electronic file structure.
- Create, edit, and proofread property management documents including but not limited to Vendor Contracts, General Contractor Contracts, Architectural Firm Contracts and Final Lien Waivers.
- Ensure invoices for recurring services and one-time projects are received.
- Assist with annual budgets, as needed.
- Assist in general office duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education:
A minimum of two years of advanced education at an accredited university or technical school with focus on accounting/bookkeeping given the quantity of invoices to process for a portfolio of office buildings.
