Ticket Agent - LMC - MANITOWOC

This shore position is responsible for assisting passengers with reservations and boarding the vessel. Possibly being the first voice that connects a passenger to the Badger experience you will be making reservations for families in a friendly and helpful manner. Working inside, your responsibilities include processing tickets, answering phones, making reservations and issuing gift certificates. You will also be working outside and are responsible for checking passengers and vehicles in and directing them on how to board the ship. Excellent communication skills, telephone skills, being able to communicate clearly and assisting passengers in a friendly and helpful way is a must for Ticket Agents. Fulltime and Part-time positions are available for both morning and evening shifts as well as flexible hours. Cashier experience is a plus. Starting pay is $13.00 p/hour. Benefits include 401K, holiday pay and season end bonus of .50 per hour for every hour worked.
