Job Summary:
Managers are responsible for promoting operations by scheduling and directing employees, maintaining staff by recruiting, orienting, and training employees and disciplining employees by coaching, counseling, monitoring, motivating and appraising job results.
Managers play a key role in our customers' experience every day and must provide professional, friendly, and courteous guest and vendor interactions. In addition to maintaining our vision by adhering to our values, this position must provide the highest level of service to our guests and vendors.
Direct Supervisor: General Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain staff by recruiting, training, disciplining and scheduling
- Supervising staff and overseeing daily operations.
- Setting goals and objectives for the team.
- Providing guidance and support to team members.
- Monitoring performance and providing feedback.
- Handling passenger inquiries and resolving issues as necessary.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

Merchant Mariner Credential
Previous Management/Leadership Experience Preferred
