Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Onsite), Fort Collins or Centennial Colorado - any of the 3 locations
$15M - $20M Design-Build/Various that include: Federal/Industrial/Healthcare/Data Center
Full-Time Permanent
100% Employee-Owned GC seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong DoD and USACE experience preferred. Lead large-scale CONUS military, or industrial, or healthcare, or data center vertical construction projects in a safety-driven, high-performance environment.
Must Have:
- 5 years as a Project Manager w/ complex builds
- 5 years on Federal/Industrial/Healthcare/Data Center construction projects
- Direct USACE (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) project experience preferred
- Managed projects $15M to $20M
- Proficiency with RMS, Procore, Primavera P6
