What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Member position at Morin's Landscaping LLC?
The Position: Morin’s Landscaping is looking for a lawn maintenance crew leader to join our lawn Maintenance department. The crew leader will perform lawn maintenance on the company’s commercial/residential properties.
Crew member duties:
- Perform lawn maintenance from start to finish with guidance from crew leader
- Review daily progress and needs of the next day with management
- Perform, learn and improve lawn maintenance techniques
- Operating trucks, lawn mowers, power blowers & weed trimmers
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Equipment preventive maintenance Snow removal & de-icing
Required:
- Have an eye for detail
- Thrive in independent working environment
- Have working knowledge of lawn maintenance methods and techniques
- Good understanding of the equipment, tools and labor needed to accomplish work
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Hold a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
