Morimoto Napa, the stunning oceanfront restaurant by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, is looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Servers to join our team. As part of the renowned Morimoto brand, we deliver an upscale casual dining experience that blends exceptional hospitality with innovative, world-class cuisine.

Position Overview

As a Server, you will be the face of Morimoto Napa, ensuring an extraordinary dining experience for our guests. You will provide attentive and knowledgeable service while maintaining a warm, professional, and engaging presence. Your ability to anticipate guests' needs, offer expert menu recommendations, and create a memorable experience will be key to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by adhering to Morimoto’s high standards of hospitality.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, and specials.
• Ensure timely and accurate service, following proper sequence of service standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and polished manner.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and ensure seamless communication with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Work efficiently in a team-based service model to provide a seamless dining experience.

Requirements

• Weekend availability is a must.
• Prior experience in team-service environments is strongly recommended.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to operate a POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
• A polished, professional, and guest-focused demeanor.

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
