Job Description
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: This position has no benefits.
TEMPORARY PART-TIME HOURS: This position is on an as needed basis.
DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning the tanks and grounds of the WWTP
Maintain WWTP in a manner consistent with MUB goals/guidance, in full compliance with the requirements established by the WV DEP and the U.S. EPA
Inspecting and cleaning of the remote lift stations
Assisting the maintenance crews in non-routine maintenance operations
Performing routine maintenance of the plant and lift station equipment
Availability to work weekends and various other times
Clean buildings at WWTP and lift stations
Grass mowing and trimming at WWTP and lift stations
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid WV Driver’s License

High School Diploma/GED preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated areas
Basic experience using hand tools, hand operated power tools, and lawn equipment
- Ability to work independently and part of a team

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
