Job Responsibilities
-Provide comprehensive primary care services, including annual physicals and routine wellness visits.
-Deliver women’s health services, including Pap smears, preventive screenings, and patient education.
-Care for members, dependents, and spouses ages 3 and up.
-Administer vaccinations, perform lab work, and conduct timely review of results.
-Collaborate with community healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
-Offer general wellness guidance and education to support healthy lifestyle choices.
Schedule
Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110.00 per hour
