Minimum Requirements
- Valid and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Washington State behavior analyst license (LBA).
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Complete CPR and First Aid Certification before working with clients.
- Clear background check and driving record.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ABA principles, assessment tools, and behavior intervention strategies.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work with diverse populations with cultural sensitivity.
