We are seeking a passionate and organized Staff Development Nurse (RN) to lead training initiatives and support the continued growth and success of our nursing team.

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and conduct orientation for new nursing staff
Provide ongoing education and in-service training for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Ensure staff competency and compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate training records and certifications
Assist with infection control education and initiatives
Support quality assurance and performance improvement programs
Stay current with state and federal regulations and best practices
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Kentucky
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Previous teaching, training, or staff development experience is a plus
Strong organizational and presentation skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
