We are seeking a passionate and organized Staff Development Nurse (RN) to lead training initiatives and support the continued growth and success of our nursing team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct orientation for new nursing staff

• Provide ongoing education and in-service training for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Ensure staff competency and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate training records and certifications

• Assist with infection control education and initiatives

• Support quality assurance and performance improvement programs

• Stay current with state and federal regulations and best practices

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Kentucky

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Previous teaching, training, or staff development experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and presentation skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
