What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:
- Work Order Interpretation: Read and apply work orders accurately to each task.
- Machine Setup & Maintenance: Perform machine setup and conduct preventative maintenance as needed.
- Technical Skills: Skilled in grinding, drilling, sanding, tapping, and other related tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Confidently operate press brakes and punch machines.
- Safety & Quality Focus: Conduct thorough safety and quality inspections to ensure top standards.
- Compliance: Follow and uphold all company safety policies consistently.
- Math & Measurement: Strong basic math skills and proficiency with tape measures.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using computer tools to support tasks.
- Blueprint Literacy: Able to read, interpret, and apply blueprints, including specialized applications.
- Measurement Comprehension: Skilled at understanding and accurately applying measurements.
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Machinery Setup: Skilled in setting up machines such as press brakes, shears, horizontal saws, plasma tables, and punch turrets.
- Tech Familiarity: General computer knowledge is helpful to support daily tasks.
