Fabrication Welder (MIG) & Material Handling

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder (MIG) & Material Handling Specialist to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work in a clean, modern, and family-friendly environment.
Responsibilities

Interpret and work from engineering blueprints and technical drawings.

Lay out, assemble, and MIG weld carbon steel components for a variety of products.

Perform fabrication work that meets ASME welding standards.

Operate overhead cranes and forklifts for material handling and production support.

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area in compliance with company safety policies.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements

Minimum of 1 year MIG fabrication welding experience.

Minimum of 1 year carbon steel welding experience.

Minimum of 1 year overhead crane operation experience.

Minimum of 1 year forklift operation experience.

Solid work history and strong attendance record.

U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Must live within a realistic daily commute of Richfield, WI 53076.
Compensation & Schedule

Pay range: $23 – $29 per hour, based on experience.

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Early Friday finish times.
