Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive medical exams, diagnostics, and treatments
- Conduct routine surgeries including spays, neuters, mass removals, and dental procedures
- Administer vaccines, medications, and preventative care
- Interpret lab results (bloodwork, urinalysis, etc.) and develop treatment plans
- Deliver emergency and critical care as needed
- Educate clients on wellness, nutrition, and long-term care
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with veterinary regulations
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited institution
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Delaware
- Strong clinical knowledge in general medicine and surgery
- Experience or interest in critical care and diagnostics
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Familiarity with digital radiography, ultrasound, and laser therapy equipment a plus
- 4-day or 3-day work week options available
- Typical hours:
- Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri: 8am – 6pm
- Wed: 8am – 5pm
- No weekends or night shifts
