2. Prior Authorization Specialist

Responsibilities:

Submit and track prior authorization requests to insurance companies

Communicate with providers and patients to gather required documentation

Resolve denials or delays through follow-up and appeals when necessary

Qualifications:

1–2 years of prior authorization or insurance verification experience

3. Phlebotomist
