Company Overview
A respected and growing home care provider in New Hampshire is expanding its team in the Merrimack and Milford areas. We are seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and experienced caregivers who want flexible, meaningful work while providing one-on-one care in clients’ homes.
Position Summary
In this field-based role, LNAs and caregivers provide personalized support to clients in their homes, helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable. Whether you’re looking for consistent hours, a flexible schedule, or extra income, we’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits your life.
Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly pay ranging from $19 to $23, based on experience and credentials
• Weekly pay with predictable scheduling
• Flexible work options including full-time, part-time, or supplemental shifts
• Paid Time Off and paid sick time after eligibility
• Health, dental, and vision insurance available for 30 hours per week
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits
• Paid orientation and ongoing continuing education (CEUs)
• Supportive leadership team with independent, one-on-one client assignments
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Support safe transfers and ambulation
• Offer companionship and encourage client independence
• Prepare meals and maintain a safe, clean living environment
• Run errands and assist with grocery shopping as needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the office promptly
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass New Hampshire background and BAAS Registry checks
• LNA license preferred; experienced caregivers welcome
• Prior home care or facility experience helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and provide compassionate, dependable care
