Position Summary
We are hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients in Derry and Salem, NH. This role is ideal for individuals seeking full-time employment, flexible part-time hours, or supplemental income. We work with you to build a schedule that fits your availability and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Offer medication reminders and assistance with daily activities
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive pay ranging from $19–$22 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay issued every Friday
• Flexible scheduling with no mandated weekends
• Paid Time Off for caregivers working 25 or more hours per week
• Health, dental, and vision insurance for caregivers working 30 or more hours per week

Qualifications
• Ability to pass a New Hampshire State background check and BAAS Registry screening
