ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Compensation: $39.90 – $50.40 per hour Shift Differentials Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview
• Provide high-quality critical care nursing in a community hospital setting
• Deliver patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Schedule
• Full-time | 72 hours per pay period
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Night Shift Differential: $4.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide specialized ICU-level patient care
• Serve as patient advocate within the healthcare system
• Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and institutional standards
• Participate in Quality Improvement and Service Excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum two years of relevant RN experience required
• Current Texas RN license or eligibility for immediate licensure
• BLS required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
