Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our in-center dialysis team in Louisville. Responsibilities:

Deliver hemodialysis treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols

Monitor patient responses to treatment, assess vital signs, and adjust care as needed

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, medications, and post-treatment care

Ensure strict adherence to infection control procedures and safety standards

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care and interventions

Assist in maintaining dialysis equipment and ensure proper setup and sterilization
Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience (in-center preferred)

Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
