About the Team:
The Wealth Management Business Development & Field Training (BD&FT) organization supports the Firm's Financial Advisors by managing the field sales support of non-banking products and the business development functions for our branch network.
Next Best Action (NBA) is an engagement tool that uses alternative intelligence and machine learning to provide Financial Advisors, Management, and related personnel the ability to deliver high quality, customized content to recipients at scale. The NBA team partners with internal business heads, content authors, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Digital, E*TRADE, MSatWork and the Wealth Management field organization to deliver the content for effective client and prospect email engagement.

The Morgan Stanley Virtual Engagement Associate role is a unique opportunity to prepare and develop the skillset for a career in the Wealth Management division of the financial services industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with strategic business partners including field and product marketing teams to on-board digital engagement email content
- Build and test the email content in various marketing technology platforms (primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Prioritize and respond to incoming email inquiries received to the NBA Ideas in-box, working with partners to respond and resolve field inquiries regarding content, technology, platform issues, etc.
- Create reporting on adoption, usage, attribution, and other metrics on a recurring and/or ad hoc basis.
- Assist in interpretation of data to support recommendations on content based upon what is working, what needs to be changed and how resources should be allocated in support of content.
- Represent BD&FT in interactions with Data & Analytics, partnering on dashboard enhancements needed to better support adoption and growth.
- Assists team heads in project management, process optimization, field support and education, development of FA tools and resources.
- Special projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required upon hire; Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) required within 90 days of hire
- Must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
- Possess exemplary communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Establish, maintain, and support strong working relationships
- Demonstrate accountability and a strong work ethic to promote confidence and trust in their work
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without durational restrictions.
- Successfully complete background check and pre-employment assessments.
- Motivated, self-starter with strong project management capabilities and an attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Excel; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word a plus
Hiring Process:
Our hiring procedure is a multistep process that can take four to six weeks to complete. All offers of employment are contingent on a background check.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $60,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
