Position Summary
The Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) is responsible for delivering customized investment management and advice to institutional and ultra-high net worth clients. OCIO is part of the Portfolio and Investment Manager Solutions (PIMS) group and works in close partnership with various groups across the organization. The OCIO Business Development team works directly with our portfolio managers and operations professionals to drive assets under management growth.

Responsibilities Include
- Develop a strategic plan for the acquisition of new institutional assets and revenue for the firm
- Build and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors and Consultants, and critical business and support functions, to drive business development opportunities
- Support all aspects of institutional sales for our OCIO Nonprofit business
- Lead Request for Proposal (RFP) responses in addition to onboarding of new clients
- Assist with preparing and organizing marketing materials for various meetings and events
- Participate in various prospect meetings and industry events where appropriate – stay current on economic and market developments
- Ensure OCIO pipeline is well maintained and up to date
- Ability to lead business development opportunities end-to-end and manage multiple senior stakeholders
- Result-oriented and passionate about contributing to the firm’s growth with a desire to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong decision making, analytical evaluation, risk management, and effective problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple deliverables
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years of experience
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) is a plus or willingness to obtain these licenses within 180 days of hire date)
