E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley is looking for a Product Manager to join our Salesforce Service Enablement team.
Summary:
The Associate, Internal Product management will assist with the transformation of our homegrown CRM to Salesforce Service Cloud and empower the E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley Customer Service teams to use Salesforce efficiently and effectively. The Associate will assist the group’s management in executing the Salesforce roadmap for the Service Enablement team. The roadmap will include migration from our current CRM to Salesforce Service Cloud for core Customer Service functions and evaluate for improvements for the overall instance of Salesforce Service Cloud, including Agent Knowledge, Chat, Chatbot, Secure Message, Social, and Screenshare.

Work with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to author and deliver requirements.
Identify and lead resolution of processes and problems in a timely fashion to negate or minimize business impact.
Hands-on functional testing and validation of business requirements and system functionality in conjunction with Quality Assurance teams.
This position will have the primary responsibility of assisting the group’s management in the design, development, and management of Service Cloud implementation and platform enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Basic:
1-2 years experience in Product Management, Product Development, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting experiences and/or related experience required.
Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:
Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer Certifications
Series 7 license
Proficiency in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules, Service Cloud digital tools, Chatbots, Live Agent Chat, Live Message.
Prefer 5 years background in Customer/Participant Service and/or Financial Services industry.
Experience leading the project lifecycle (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships, drive innovation and establish best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines.
Ability to effectively manage through change.
Comfortable with Agile and other iterative software development methodologies.
Must have excellent analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
Must have superior communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, and technical).
Execution oriented and able to balance a strategic mindset with a hands-on team-player attitude toward tackling tactical work.
