Position: Experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Location: North of Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 8:00AM - 4:00PM | 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $24–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

Morgan Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic warehouse team in Woburn, MA. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position involves loading and unloading building supply products, preparing customer orders, and ensuring accuracy and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift (propane) safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload building materials for customer orders.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform basic math for order accuracy and inventory management.
• Assist with scanning and tracking warehouse products.
• Provide excellent customer service during order handling and interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required (propane sit-down).
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors 80% of the time.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
