We have extensive experience in upgrading and replacing energy networks, delivering asset management for major UK energy companies and network operators.
Our transmission and distribution services involve the upgrading and replacement of electricity assets both above and below ground. Within the electricity sector we install and maintain assets, including excavation, laying, and jointing of cables, (fluid filled and XLPe), substations and overhead line, new build, repair, and refurbishment services.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Ensure accurate use of cost codes across all plant and material requisitions and purchase orders.
- Generate and maintain system accruals for material deliveries and plant hire in line with financial controls.
- Complete and administer weekly timesheets for waged resources, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Undertake general accounts administration duties, supporting wider finance and commercial functions.
- Effectively utilise accounts systems, supported by a sound understanding of purchase ledger processes.
- Produce accurate financial reports for both internal management use and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience using accounts systems, with a strong understanding of purchase ledger processes.
- Previous experience working with COINS or similar construction/commercial finance systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong capability in Excel.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently using own initiative, while also contributing positively as part of a collaborative team.
- Confident supporting multiple projects, sites, or operational areas simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills, with an elevated level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving ability.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining exacting standards and ensuring compliance with specifications and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to support project delivery and operational performance.
